Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Stellar Digital collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Stellar Digital LLC (“Stellar Digital,” “we,” “us”) is a website, SEO and AI visibility studio based in the Twin Cities, Minnesota. This policy covers getstellardigital.com and the private demo previews we prepare for businesses at demo.getstellardigital.com.

Information we collect

  • Information you send us. When you fill out a form on this site (for example to contact us, request a free audit or AI visibility check, or tell us about your business for a report), we collect what you enter, such as your name, business name, website, email address, social media links, the names of decision makers and your message. When you book a call, our booking calendar collects your name and email.
  • Payments. Paid reports are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your card and billing details directly; we receive confirmation of your payment along with your name and email, never your full card number.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our host records basic technical information when you visit (such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the date and time). We use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that form submissions come from people rather than bots; it reads limited technical signals from your browser.

How we use it

  • To reply to you and schedule calls.
  • To prepare the audits, reports and demo previews you ask for. To do that we also review publicly available information about your business and website, including data from third-party SEO and AI visibility tools.
  • To provide and bill for services you buy from us.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent spam and fraud.
  • To improve our website and services.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and our business, under their own privacy and security terms:

  • Webflow (website hosting and form handling)
  • Cloudflare (bot protection on forms)
  • Stripe (payments)
  • Google Workspace (email, call booking and documents)
  • Make (automation that sends form submissions to our team)
  • SEO, AI visibility and AI writing tools we use to research and prepare reports (they receive your business name and website, not payment details)

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.

Cookies, tracking and privacy signals

This site uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as those set by our hosting provider and by Cloudflare’s bot check. This site does not use advertising pixels or cross-site tracking. Because we don’t sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, there is nothing to opt out of today. If that ever changes, we will treat browser privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control as a valid opt-out request and update this policy first. Our response to “Do Not Track” browser settings is the same: we don’t track you across other sites.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, for example for as long as we are working with you and for a reasonable period afterward for our records, taxes and legal obligations. Then we delete or de-identify it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we have about you, correct it, delete it, or give you a copy. You can also opt out of any future sale, targeted advertising or profiling, and withdraw consent you gave us. Depending on where you live (for example Minnesota, Colorado or California), these may be legal rights. To make a request, email us at tim@getstellardigital.com. We will confirm your request, respond within 45 days, and won’t treat you differently for using your rights. If we turn down a request, you can appeal by replying to our decision, and we’ll respond to the appeal within the time the law allows.

If you get marketing emails from us, every email includes an unsubscribe link.

How we protect it

This site is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to your information to the people and providers who need it. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date below. If a change is significant, we will also post a notice on this site or email people we work with before it takes effect.
